Please can we request the technical committee and wider community please review [3.1-dev](http://docs.openreferral.org/en/3.1-dev/).

All being well, we plan to make this the main branch on the 25th of October giving ~10 working days for review.

Any comments or feedback can be made in response to this thread or via email to daniel.smith@opendataservices.coop and kathrynirish@opedataservices.coop

Thanks to @mrshll and everyone on the technical committee for all the work thats gone into getting to this stage.

Hi folks,

Worked on getting this live today. An issue emerged which James helped me to fix [Fix problem seen where flatterer 0.18.0 does not exist any more. by kathryn-ods · Pull Request #515 · openreferral/specification · GitHub](https://github.com/openreferral/specification/pull/515) (we’ve been in contact with the developer of the tool that caused this)

Have some final checks to do on the docs before getting 3.1 live on the website. Will do that on Tuesday next week.
