The Request for Information from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is intended to inform DWP as to what potential suppliers might provide if DWP chooses to procure services related to Open Referral UK (ORUK). I would expect any such procurement to include a provision to gather services data and make it available via an ORUK-compliant API feed. It might cover much more.
