The branch 3.1.1-dev is staged for release

This is a patch level update with these changes:

  • Made Page.Empty a required field for API responses
  • Fixed bad foreign keys and missing values in some example data
  • Set service_capacity.updated.datapackage_type to datetime
  • Set constraints for fields in unit and service_capacity schemas

We have also removed the hypothes.is plug-in and it’s reference in the about page from the site. Users can submit feedback through this forum, GitHub and email.
