I posted Upgrade to UK standard and compliance rules (version 3.0) way back in September 2023, but we’ve been slow updating the website and validator. We’re doing this as part of the current MHCLG LocalDigital project to encourage take-up of the Standard.

@IlesdTPX and Guy are looking for people to both test the upgraded Validator and, at the same time, test their own feeds. The Validator checks both version 1 (more strictly than the current validator) and version 3.0.
I expect the online documentation changes to be live in January with drafts before then. Guy and Dave may be able to give updates now an/or when things are released. There may be an opportunity to demonstrate ORUK-compliant software to councils in the first quarter of 2025 so let us know if you’d like to do that.
