In the 2026-02-12 Standing Technical Committee Meeting, we discussed and agreed the need to remove the auto-generated and bugged postgres and mysql database schemas. I have staged a Pull Request which embodies this.

The changes in the PR fall outside of our governance rules, since they remove materials not considered part of the spec. However, I thought it was best to post here to give advance warning similar to a PATCH change.
In that spirit, I plan to merge the PR seven days from now on 2026-03-06 unless there are any objections.
