We are currently working on an assignment led by @Simon_DigitalGaps with the London Borough of Southwark and their health and third sector partners on a Discovery project to develop a model for a future Digital Directory of Services.

One small element of the work has been to consider some of the models that other councils and their partners have delivered. The attached provides an overview of the models and approach from 8 interviewed councils who were willing to allow the information to be shared. It was not an extensive piece of research and critically did not compare the level of investment – and hence these cannot be considered as direct comparisons, but it shares some experiences and approaches, which we hope may be of some value and interest to some.
