Hi folks - happy new year! I hope you had restful holidays. Looking forward to our first standing technical meeting of 2024 next week.
I’m eager to hear your recommendations for agenda items. Here’s a starter list of topics I think we might want to work from:
- Documentation review – checking out how our project + product documentation is changing.
- Survey revision and promotion plan – Devin has drafted this questionnaire to elicit input from the community and it might be just about ready?
- Proposed governance model – We want to consider at least two options for structuring our work together, I’ll have brief write-ups of what we’ve discussed so far to share.
