Hi all,

I’d like to introduce myself as the newly appointed Partnerships Lead for Health, Social and Physical Activity Data at Open Data Services Co-op.

Open Data Services are the technical stewards for Open Referral and my role will be to help build the community and make sure that our work is guided by you.

I am passionate about finding innovative and collaborative ways to make a meaningful difference to the lives of those in our communities. Therefore, my background largely consists of building networks and creating supportive communities.

As an example, my previous role involved working at strategic levels across seven local authorities; building strong working relationships, ensuring governance arrangements were in place as well as monitoring and evaluating outputs and outcomes.

I look forward to applying all of the above within the open referral community.

Hi @Dan-ODS

This sounds interesting - I’m keen to how this filters down to real world usage of the standard to better connect people with services that can support them and how the categories can be plain English and flexible to meet user needs?

We have recently gone live with a directory using the standard so will we using analytics and user testing to help us understand this better. Keen to hear your perspective too
