Hi everyone, I’m creating this topic to provide a space for the international community of social referral tools to engage in discussion.

The international community of social referral tools aims to connect organizations dedicated to leveraging access to information as a tool for social inclusion. Currently, the community includes members such as Infoxchange (Australia), Streetlives (New York), One Degree (USA), Findhelp (USA), Solinum (France), Mapabezdomova (Czech Republic), Helpseeker (Canada), Europe Consulting (Italy).
